Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were small but incredibly cute, cozy, and spotlessly clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere through the wonderfully soundproofed windows. The service from the staff was top-notch, going the extra mile to ensure our queries were answered promptly, and the presentation and taste of the food were delightful. The location was superb, with easy access to major attractions and plenty of amenities nearby. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, the only downside was the high price for some of the facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The price was excellent, coming in at a third of the rack rate, but the room was smaller than expected and felt quite narrow. On the bright side, the hotel's historical charm from the 1800s was well preserved.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room had a very large and luxurious bathroom, was impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities although I missed having wifi for free. The balcony added a nice touch to the room's ambiance with its lovely decor and thoughtful details making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel is located in the heart of Mariahilfestrasse, perfect for those who love shopping and exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathroom is quite small. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff providing essential amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, although it could be improved in terms of variety. The location is excellent, near public transportation and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The hotel is ideally located on the bustling Main Street, perfect for exploring Vienna, though the rooms are a bit tight. The service was mixed, with unwelcoming behavior but some helpful gestures. Dining offered a good breakfast selection, and the location is superb for city activities.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience all around. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and traditional furniture, though lacking a tea kettle, and the location is excellent for shopping and dining. The service was exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff who go above and beyond to assist guests. The dining options were varied and satisfying, offering everything needed to start the day right.
