The room was spacious (a definite plus). The tube station was a short walk from the hotel, so getting around was easy. The restaurant served great breakfasts and dinners on the 7th floor. I enjoyed the view from the terrace on the 8th floor.

There were very few electric outlets. The water took a while to get hot, a bit inconvenient. The coffee cups didn't have handles, made them tricky to use. I had to use my key card to get through an extra security door to reach my floor.
